Returns and Refund Policy
TimeLab Barcelona sells two categories of products: T-shirts and watches that are individually hand-assembled to order. Because of the nature of each category, the conditions for returns, cancellations and refunds may vary.

1. T-shirts
If you purchased a T-shirt through our online store, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
For a return to be accepted, the product must be:
- Unused.
- Unwashed.
- With all original tags attached.
- In its original packaging, whenever possible.
- Accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product has a manufacturing defect or the return is due to an error attributable to TimeLab Barcelona.
If you would like to exchange a size or model, contact us first at timelabbcn@gmail.com. Depending on the circumstances, TimeLab Barcelona may handle the request as a direct product exchange or as a return followed by a new purchase.
2. Watches
All watches sold by TimeLab Barcelona are individually assembled by hand after the order has been confirmed.
Each unit is made using the specific components corresponding to the model purchased by the customer, and assembly begins only after the purchase has been confirmed. This process includes the individual selection, assembly, adjustment, regulation and inspection of each watch, resulting in a product made specifically for that order.
Accordingly, TimeLab Barcelona considers made-to-order watches to fall within the exception provided for in Article 103(c) of the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, concerning goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Therefore, unless applicable law provides otherwise, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for these products once their production or assembly process has begun.
Where the right of withdrawal is legally applicable, it may be exercised within the applicable statutory period, and the product must be returned in perfect condition with all accessories, documentation and original packaging.
3. Order cancellations and changes
T-shirts
Cancellation or change requests may be made by contacting us as soon as possible.
Watches
Once an order has been confirmed, the model, configuration or features of the requested watch cannot be changed.
Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. If the watch assembly process has already begun, TimeLab Barcelona will not accept the order cancellation.
4. Defective products or incorrect orders
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as you receive it.
If you receive the wrong product, an item damaged in transit or a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us at timelabbcn@gmail.com, state your order number and attach photographs or videos clearly showing the issue.
In these cases, TimeLab Barcelona will cover the applicable return, repair, replacement or other resolution costs in accordance with current legislation.
5. Warranty
All our watches are covered by the statutory 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects or lack of conformity.
The warranty does not cover, among other things:
- Impacts or falls.
- Scratches or normal wear and tear resulting from use.
- Tampering, opening or repairs performed by third parties not affiliated with TimeLab Barcelona.
- Improper use of the product.
- Water damage resulting from use contrary to the water-resistance specifications of the purchased model.
- Damage caused by an incorrectly closed or improperly handled crown.
- Damage caused by magnetization, demagnetization or exposure to strong magnetic fields.
- Damage caused by chemicals, thermal shock or any use other than that intended by the manufacturer.
The water resistance of each watch depends on the purchased model and its technical specifications.
6. Refunds
To request any return, you must first contact TimeLab Barcelona at timelabbcn@gmail.com.
Products sent without prior authorization will not be accepted for return.
Once the product has been received and verified as meeting the conditions set out in this policy, TimeLab Barcelona will inspect it before approving the corresponding refund, where applicable.
When a refund is due, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed by both parties.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs arising from a voluntary return. If the return is due to an error by TimeLab Barcelona or a manufacturing defect, those costs will be covered by us.
For products purchased with a discount or promotion, the refunded amount will always be the amount actually paid by the customer.
7. Mixed orders
If a single order contains different product categories, such as a watch and a T-shirt, and you wish to return only some of them, contact us so that we can handle your request in the most appropriate way.
