Terms of Service (General Terms and Conditions of Sale)

These Terms of Service govern access to, browsing of and purchases made through the TimeLab Barcelona website.

By placing an order through our online store, the customer declares that they have read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of watches that are hand-assembled to order, T-shirts and other products sold by TimeLab Barcelona through its online store.

3. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made by consumers through our website for delivery to Spain and the other countries of the European Union.

The language of the contract is Spanish.

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all legally applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Purchase process

Placing an order does not automatically constitute its acceptance.

The sales contract is concluded once TimeLab Barcelona confirms acceptance of the order by email and payment has been successfully authorized.

TimeLab Barcelona reserves the right to reject orders where justified grounds exist, including:

  • Obvious pricing errors.
  • Inability to obtain certain components.
  • Suspected fraud.
  • Technical errors on the platform.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an order cannot be accepted, the customer will be informed and, if payment has already been made, the full amount paid will be refunded.

5. Products

T-shirts

Images are provided for illustrative purposes.

Colors may vary slightly depending on the settings of each screen.

Watches

All watches sold by TimeLab Barcelona are assembled by hand after the order has been confirmed.

Each unit is made using components selected specifically for the model purchased by the customer.

Before being dispatched, every watch is:

  • assembled;
  • adjusted;
  • regulated;
  • inspected;
  • subjected to individual quality control.

Because of the handcrafted assembly process, minor aesthetic or technical variations may occur. These do not affect the proper functioning of the product and are not considered manufacturing defects.

6. Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If, after an order has been confirmed, a component required for its production or delivery cannot be supplied, TimeLab Barcelona may:

  • offer an equivalent alternative;
  • change the estimated delivery time;
  • cancel the order and issue a full refund of the amount paid.

7. Prices

TimeLab Barcelona may change published prices at any time.

Such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Typographical or manifestly obvious errors in a product’s price do not oblige TimeLab Barcelona to supply it at that price.

8. Payment methods

We accept the payment methods available in our online store, including:

  • Bank cards.
  • Apple Pay.
  • Google Pay.
  • Shop Pay.
  • PayPal.
  • Klarna.
  • Any other method enabled during checkout.

Order preparation will begin only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

10. Returns and warranty

Terms relating to returns, cancellations, refunds and warranties are set out in our Returns and Refund Policy.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including:

  • photographs;
  • videos;
  • designs;
  • logos;
  • illustrations;
  • trade names;
  • text;
  • graphic elements;
  • source code;
  • the brand’s visual identity;

is owned by TimeLab Barcelona or its lawful owners and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property legislation.

Its reproduction, distribution, modification or use without express written authorization is prohibited.

12. Limitation of liability

TimeLab Barcelona is not responsible for:

  • damage resulting from improper use of the products;
  • tampering or repairs carried out by third parties;
  • normal wear and tear resulting from use;
  • color differences caused by display on different devices;
  • delays attributable to carriers;
  • delays caused by suppliers;
  • customs incidents;
  • service interruptions due to technical causes;
  • force majeure;
  • any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of TimeLab Barcelona.

TimeLab Barcelona is likewise not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or financial loss arising from the use of the products sold, except where current legislation expressly provides otherwise.

13. Product changes

To continually improve the quality of our products, TimeLab Barcelona reserves the right to introduce improvements or technical changes to its watches and other items.

These changes may affect internal components, suppliers, materials or minor aesthetic details, provided that they:

  • do not alter the essential nature of the purchased product;
  • do not reduce its quality;
  • do not reduce the advertised performance.

Published photographs are illustrative, and the product ultimately received may differ slightly.

14. Force majeure

TimeLab Barcelona is not responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where that failure or delay results from unforeseeable or unavoidable events, including:

  • strikes;
  • labor disputes;
  • pandemics;
  • fires;
  • floods;
  • wars;
  • administrative acts;
  • supply interruptions;
  • supplier failures;
  • logistical incidents;
  • customs restrictions;
  • natural disasters;
  • any other force majeure event.

15. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these terms

TimeLab Barcelona may amend these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.

Amendments will not affect orders confirmed before their publication.

17. Governing law and dispute resolution

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Spanish law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under the applicable consumer-protection legislation.
